We go to mills that can produce your order and price against live availability, so the offer is real.
Verified before loading
Goods are checked against the agreed spec. Deviations are reported before shipment, not discovered on arrival.
Delivered worldwide
Container or breakbulk, FOB, CFR or CIF, documented for the destination.
Why I quote against a spec, not a stock list
I spent the years before RFQ Timber on the buying side of this trade, chasing brokers for a straight answer on what a mill could actually produce — and finding, more than once, that the answer was whatever kept the deal moving rather than what was true. That's the gap RFQ Timber exists to close: every order starts with a written specification, not a stock list, sourced from mills that can hold it, and checked before it ships — not after it lands. It's slower than selling off what's already sitting in a yard, and it's the only way I've found to make an offer you can trust before you've paid for it.
